Jensen Leisure Furniture is proud to have our authorized dealers make fair use of company trade names, trademarks and proprietary materials for the purpose of providing retail customers with education on Jensen Leisure products, be it FSC certification, product specifications, product images, care and maintenance. For these purposes, and these only, approved Jensen Leisure dealers, upon the terms stated herein, may also create links from their website to that of Jensen Leisure Furniture. However non-authorized dealers are prohibited from using Jensen Leisure Furniture trade names, trademarks or proprietary materials in any way.
Jensen Leisure Furniture does not approve the listing of selling prices on a dealer’s website, the use of Jensen Leisure trade names, trademarks or proprietary materials in connection with the listing of selling prices on a dealer’s website as it is in direct contradiction to Jensen Leisure Furniture’s internet policy. Violation of this policy will be grounds for terminating a dealer’s relationship with Jensen Leisure Furniture.
Jensen Leisure Furniture dealers are not to include any indication on their website that they provide national distribution or distribution of Jensen Leisure Furniture products beyond their agreed geographical area surrounding their physical showroom. Failure to respect this policy will be grounds for terminating a dealer’s relationship with Jensen Leisure Furniture.
Jensen Leisure Furniture sells and ships only to authorized dealers and is selective in its distribution, reserving the right to select its dealers. Transshipping by an authorized dealer to an unauthorized dealer is not approved by Jensen Leisure Furniture and is prohibited.
